About SOXS Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bear 3x Shares ETF
The Index tracked by the Fund is the ICE Semiconductor Index, which seeks to achieve an investment performance of 300% of the inverse of the index's return on the day before deducting various fees and expenses. The Fund invests in swap agreements, futures contracts, short positions or other financial instruments that provide inverse or short leveraged exposure equivalent to at least 80% of the Fund's net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes). The index is a rules-based, modified, float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted index that tracks the performance of the 30 largest publicly traded semiconductor companies in the United States.
