Alaska Air Group is a holding company engaged in air transportation services. It operates through the following segments: Mainline, Regional, and Horizon. The Mainline segment includes Alaska Airlines' Boeing and Airbus jet aircraft, which transport passengers and cargo across the United States, as well as in parts of Mexico, Costa Rica, and Belize. The Regional segment is served by Horizon Air and other third-party airlines under Capacity Purchase Agreements (CPAs), providing short-haul scheduled air transportation services for passengers within the United States and Canada. The Horizon segment consists of the capacity sold to Alaska under CPAs.
