About Direxion Daily AMZN Bear 1X Shares
The Fund is an active ETF that seeks daily investment results net of fees and expenses, which is equivalent to the opposite (-100%) of the daily performance of Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN). Amazon.com, Inc. is engaged in the retail and subscription business of consumer goods in North America and internationally. The Fund will enter into one or more swap agreements with major global financial institutions, pursuant to which the Fund and the global financial institutions will agree to exchange the proceeds from the Fund's investments in AMZN for -100% of the Fund's net asset value.
