The fund is an active ETF published by Global X Funds, a leading US New York asset management company. It aims to achieve its investment goals by directly or indirectly investing in equity securities of US and non-US 'blockchain companies' and long positions in US-listed Bitcoin futures contracts. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowing amount for investment purposes, in long positions in blockchain companies and US-listed Bitcoin futures contracts.
