About MicroSectors FANG+ ETN
The Index tracked by the Fund is the NYSE FANG+ Index, which seeks to achieve the same daily performance as the inverse of the Index before deducting various fees and expenses. The index is an equivalent dollar-weighted index designed to represent a portion of the technology and consumer discretionary sectors, including high-trading growth stocks of technology and technology-based companies. These notes are unsecured and unaffiliated obligations of the Bank of Montreal. The initial principal amount of each Note is $50.
