LCI Industries operates through two reportable segments: the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) segment and the Aftermarket segment. In 2017, the OEM segment accounted for 92% of the company’s consolidated net sales, while the Aftermarket segment made up the remaining 8%. Approximately 71% of the OEM segment's net sales derived from products supplied to travel trailer and fifth-wheel RV manufacturers. The balance reflected sales of components, motorhomes, truck caps, and buses, as well as trailers and aftermarket products designed for heavy-duty boats, livestock, equipment, and other cargo. Drew, a wholly owned subsidiary of LCI, along with its subsidiaries Lippert Components, Inc. and Kinro, Inc., operates within both the RV and manufactured housing segments. LCI Industries was incorporated in Delaware on March 20, 1984, as a holding company for Drew Industrial Holdings, Inc., which was originally established in Delaware in 1962.
