About FIRST SHANGHAI
First Shanghai Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “First Shanghai”) was established in 1964, listed in Hong Kong, China in 1972 (stock code 0227HK), and changed its name to First Shanghai in 1993. First Shanghai is an integrated enterprise with three core business areas: financial services, direct investment, and property and hotel development. It is distributed among regions with high economic growth in Hong Kong and mainland China, including the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions. First, the financial services provided by Shanghai include securities brokerage (stocks and futures), asset management, and corporate financing; in terms of direct investment, we aim to invest in projects with market leadership positions within mainland China. Our current investment projects include medical and health products, telecommunications and logistics. Property and hotel development projects include the construction of office buildings, residences, hotels and leisure resorts, etc. for leasing and sale purposes.
