本集团主要从事(i)分销客车﹙特别是宝马、本田及平治客车﹚予香港及中国经销商,该等经销商之销售目标为予中国之最终用户;(ii)向北方安华﹙及本集团于中国之经销商及业务伙伴﹚提供市场推广及技术支援;(iii)于中国提供售后服务,例如汽车维修保养;(iv)于香港及中国买卖汽车零件及配件。本集团之总部设于新加坡,目前于香港、中国天津市及厦门经济特区均设有办事处。 为本集团汽车分销业务达致相辅相成之效,本集团最近将业务分散至中国之租借汽车业务。董事相信,汽车租赁经营商透过利用本集团供应之进口豪华客车将可提高其服务水平。本集团与Hertz订立一项特许协议,作为使用Hertz系统之主要特许商,并鼓励三个分特许商使用Hertz系统。本集团之中国法律顾问认为,本集团在遵守中国法律之情况下,有权以主要特许商之身份分特许Hertz系统予中国当地之租车经营商。本集团亦向该等分特许商提供彼等于中国经营汽车租赁业务之管理顾问、财务协助及技术专业知识。
