本集團主要從事(I)向香港及中國的經銷商分銷乘用車(尤其是寶馬、本田及梅賽德斯-奔馳)，其銷售目標為中國的終端用戶； (ii) 向北方安化（以及本集團在中國的經銷商和業務夥伴）提供營銷和技術支持； (iii) 在中國提供汽車維修等售後服務。 (iv) 在香港及中國買賣汽車零件及配件。集團總部位於新加坡，目前在香港、中國天津和廈門經濟特區設有辦事處。為達致本集團汽車經銷業務的互補效應，本集團近期已將其業務分散至中國的汽車租賃業務。董事相信，汽車租賃經營者將能夠通過使用本集團提供的進口豪華乘用車來提高其服務水平。本集團與赫茲訂立許可協議，作為使用赫茲系統的主要特許人，並鼓勵三名次級特許人使用赫茲系統。本集團的中國法律顧問認為，在遵守中國法律的前提下，本集團有權以主要特許經營商的身份向中國本地汽車租賃運營商分許可Hertz系統。本集團亦向該等分包商提供相當於在中國經營汽車租賃業務的管理顧問、財務援助及技術專長。
