The fund is an active ETF published by US asset management company Valkyrie Funds, aiming to achieve its investment goals by investing all or most of its assets in exchange-traded futures contracts for Bitcoin and Ethereum. It mainly purchases Bitcoin futures contracts to make the total nominal value of the underlying Bitcoin held by the fund's futures contracts as close as possible to 100% of the fund's net assets.
